Can you or your company provide a banquet prize?

Full Time Players: To secure your position for next season, submit an application with an EMT down payment of $50.00 or
a cheque for $450.00 dated Oct. 1, 2024 payable to LEO Hockey, or a cash down payment of $50.00.
If paying by EMT or cash the remainder is due Oct. 1, 2024.
NOTE: The deposit is non refundable after August 1, 2024 if you choose not to play, NSF cheques are $25.00.

New Applicant or Spare: If you wish to join the league as a spare/full time player, submit an application for league review.
